Like a lot of folks I am on a health kick and am determined to lose weight, low carb, healthy-style, so thought I'd give this gadget a whirl... As it turns out, the veggie noodles were BETTER than the low carb ones! Some of the veggie "noodles" were 2 feet long! I don't think I will buy regular noodles ever again. That is how good they were. Now, there is a LOT more stuff you can do with this gadget and I plan on fully utilizing every feature.

I chose Brieftons spiral slicer because I was impressed by the photo and the fact that it uses Japanese blade. Tried it once yesterday, it really works like a charm. It saved me time and made vegetable dishes more attractive to kids.

Today, I enjoyed some zucchini "pasta" and I was so happy I could enjoy that pasta feeling again without bending over in pain because grains kill my stomach. This is awesome if you're tight on kitchen space and want to enjoy spiral noodles.

So, I had a salad with dinner tonight and this was a great tool. So much quicker and easier than chopping it up with a knife. Clean up was quick, too. This is one of my favorite knew tools in the kitchen. I'm looking forward to trying it with other things.

Incredibly easy to use! I just made faux spaghetti with zucchini and it couldn't have been any easier and the taste was out of this world! Crazy good. I highly recommend this product, especially for low carbers!

Want spaghetti without the carbs? Just use this on carrots and zucchini. Since it is manually operated it is small packs away easily and does not consume counter space. Try it you'll love it.

I was skeptical at first but I've made "noodles" out of zuccini and summer squash and it was fantastic. The core comes out easily. Would work well with any vegetable sized like a carrot.
